Airport
Bremen Airport is approximately 11.7 km from our hotel. You can also take tram number 6 to the “Universität Süd” stop, which takes approximately 29 minutes.
Air conditioning
The air conditioning can be used from a temperature above 18 degrees.
Baby cot
We can provide a baby cot for a fee, depending on availability. Please contact reception for more information.
Bar
The hotel bar is located next to the reception desk. It is open from Monday to Sunday, from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Breakfast
We offer a breakfast service from Monday to Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and on Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., for an additional fee. We also offer a bread roll service for guests staying in apartments. If you would like gluten-free bread rolls, please order them the day before from reception.
Bicycle rent
You can hire bicycles (3-speed) from the hotel reception at a daily rate (until 9.00 pm) from €15.00 or for 24 hours from €23.00. E-bikes are available on request or by advance booking.
Cannabis
Cannabis consumption is not permitted anywhere in the hotel building or on the hotel grounds.
Departure times
Checkout-time is 11.00 a.m. You can store your luggage at the reception.
Dogs (are only permitted in the hotel)
Dogs are welcome in our hotel rooms for an additional fee. They must be kept on a leads within the hotel.
Fax
Faxes can be sent and received at the reception for a fee.
Fire
In case of fire or an emergency, please follow the green signs to the first floor. Do not use the lifts. Fire alarms can be found on each floor. For orientation, please refer to the map on your door. The meeting point is in the hotel car park.
Internet
You can use our free open WiFi network throughout the building.
Jogging
There are a variety of jogging and walking tracks in the “Bürgerpark/Stadtwald”, which is located 100 metres from the hotel.

Laundry
We offer a laundry service for a fee. Alternatively, you can do your own laundry using the washing and drying machines in the 7THINGS apartment building opposite our hotel. Prices: Washing and drying: €5.00, drying only: €2.50. Please contact the hotel reception.

You can leave your luggage with reception.
Mailbox
Incoming mail will be kept for you at reception. Please also hand in your outgoing mail there.

Parking spaces are available on the grounds of our hotel for a fee. Please see the rates at the gateway.

Our hotel reception staff will be happy to help you find the nearest open pharmacy or doctor.

Room Cleaning (my basic hotel)
In response to the wishes of many of our guests, we refrain from daily room cleaning in order to help conserve resources such as water and energy, and to reduce the use of detergents. After the third night of your stay, your room will be cleaned automatically. However, if you would like an additional clean before then or at any time, please let us know at reception.
Safety box (my basic hotel)
Please leave your valuables in one of the safety deposit boxes at reception. This service is free of charge. We cannot accept any liability for theft from hotel rooms.
Cosmetics
Have you forgotten your toothbrush or anything else? We sell a range of products at the hotel reception desk.
Smoking
For the protection of our guests and employees, we would like to point out that smoking is not permitted in any of our hotel rooms or public areas. We charge a cleaning fee of at least €120 for smoking in an apartment or hotel room. Thank you for your understanding.
Snacks and drinks
There is a coin vending machine with snacks and drinks on the first floor. You can also purchase snacks and drinks in our lounge, although no food is served on Sundays or public holidays.
