Guest information guide

Airport

The airport Bremen is approximately 11,7 km away from our hotel. You can also go by tram (Tram stop “Universität Süd”) number 6 in approximately 29 Minutes to the airport.

Air conditioning

The air conditioning can be used from a temperature above 18 degrees.

Baby cot

We offer you a baby cot (depending on availability) for a fee. Please contact the reception.

Bar

The hotel bar is located beside the reception desk. The opening times are from monday to sunday from 06.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m.

Breakfast

From monday till saturday from 06.30 a.m. until 10.30 a.m. and on Sundays from 7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m for a fee. We also offer a bread roll service for apartment guests.

Bicycle rent

Please contact hotel reception.

Cannabis

The consumption of cannabis is NOT permittet in the entire hotel building or on the hotel grounds.

Departure times

Checkout-time is 11.00 a.m. You can store your luggage at the reception.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in  our hotelrooms for a fee. Dogs must be led on leash within the hotel.

Fax

Faxes can be sent and received at the reception for a fee.

Fire

Please follow the green signs to the first floor in case of fire or an emergency. Please do not use the elevators. You will find fire alarms on each floor. For orientation please refer to the map on your door. The collection point is in the hotel parking lot.

Internet

You can use our open WiFi network free of charge in the whole building.

Jogging

You will find a variety of jogging and walking tracks in the park “Bürgerpark/Stadtwald” 100 m from the hotel.

Lost and found

Laundry

We offer a laundry service (for a fee). You alsocan do the laundry (washing- and drying machines available) in the 7THINGS - my favorite apartment building at the opposite of our hotel building by yourself. Please contact hotel reception.

Luggage storage

You can deposit your luggage at  reception.

Mailbox

Incoming mail will be kept for you at reception. Please hand in your outgoing mail there as well.

Parking

Parking spaces are available on our hotel ground for a fee (please see rates at the gateway).

Pharmacy/Doctor

Our hotel reception staff will be happy to assist you to find the next open pharmacy and a suitable doctor for you.

Photocopies

Available at reception for a fee.

Pillow

If you need an additional pillow, please contact hotel reception.

Public transport

Bus and tram stop “Universität Süd” is located beside the hotel.

Our reception desk is open from 6:00am till 10:00 pm.

Safety box

Please leave valuables at reception in one of the safety deposit boxes. This service is free of charge. We do not take any claims for theft in the hotel room.

Did you forget your toothbrush or something else? We offer a range of products at hotel reception.

Smoking

For the protection of our guests and employees, we politely point out that smoking is not permitted in all our hotel rooms and public areas of the hotel. For smoking in the apartment or hotel room we charge a cleaning fee of at least € 120,00. Thank you for your understanding.

Snacks and drinks

On the first floor you will find a coin vending machine with snacks and drinks. You can also buy snacks and drinks at our lounge (Link to our drinks and snacks).
