DEHOGA Environmental Check Gold Classification

We participated in the DEHOGA Environmental Check for the hotel and restaurant industry and were classified as “Gold” in the areas of energy/climate, water, waste, and regional products. The 7THINGS was built as an energy-efficient building in 2013: heating and hot water are generated here using 100% renewable energies. In addition, investments were made in sound and heat insulation as well as LED lighting, among other things—these and many other factors contributed to the Gold award.

Sustainability has been part of our company philosophy since the building was constructed, and we are delighted to be able to contribute to a greener future.

The DEHOGA Environmental Check assesses hotels in four categories: water consumption, energy consumption, waste generation, and food use.
